On Amending the Joint Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 27, 2025 No. 329 and the Acting Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 30, 2025 No. 64 "On Approval of the Rules for Submitting to the Republican Budget Commission Issues of Reducing the Amount of Payments or Exemption from Payment of Receipts to the Republican Budget of Dividends or Part of the Net Income on the List of State-Owned Enterprises, Joint-Stock Companies, Limited Liability Partnerships, State-Owned Shares (Participatory Interests in the Authorized Capital) of Which Are in Republican Ownership"

WE ORDER:

  1. To amend the joint order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 27, 2025, No. 329, and the Acting Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 30, 2025, No. 64, "On approval of the Rules for submitting for consideration by the Republican Budget Commission issues of reducing the amount of payments or exemption from payment of dividends or a portion of net income from the list of state-owned enterprises, joint-stock companies, limited liability partnerships, whose state-owned shareholdings (stakes in the authorized capital) are in republican ownership" with the following amendment:

in the Rules for submitting for consideration by the Republican Budget Commission issues of reducing the amount of payments or exemption from payment of dividends or a portion of net income from the list of state-owned enterprises, joint-stock companies, limited liability partnerships, whose state-owned shareholdings (stakes in the authorized capital) are in republican ownership, approved by the said joint By order:

The appendix to the Rules shall be amended in accordance with the appendix to this joint order.

  1. The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, shall ensure:

1) sending a copy of this joint order in Kazakh and Russian to the Republican State Enterprise with the Right of Economic Management "Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in the Reference Control Bank of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) posting this joint order on the website of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

  1. This joint order shall enter into force ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
