In accordance with the standard rules for conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks, approved by the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Public Service and Anti-Corruption Affairs dated October 19, 2016 No. 12, the Aktobe Department of State Property and Privatization plans to conduct an internal analysis of corruption risks from May 16 to June 6, 2024.
Analysis of corruption risks is carried out in the following directions:
- Identification of corruption risks in normative legal acts and legal acts affecting the department's activities;
- Identification of corruption risks in the department's organizational and management activities.
