Main responsibilities: Maintaining the accounting records of the Department. Interacting with the Treasury Department of Akmola Region on matters of calculating and transferring salaries to employees of the Department, paying taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget, pension contributions and other payments, and travel expenses in accordance with the order of the Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Preparing staffing schedules for administrative civil servants and freelance workers. Timely submission of financial, accounting, and statistical reports. Prepares monthly operational information on the expenditure of funds under the relevant budget programs. Takes measures to prevent accounts payable and receivable for the Department. Prepares data for the preparation of the financial and budgetary reports of the Department. Conducts monthly control of settlements with suppliers, prepares reconciliation reports. Keeps records of receipts and expenditures on the Department's deposit account. Participates in the preparation of an individual financing plan for the Department. Ensuring the safety of accounting documents and preparing them in accordance with the established procedure for transfer to the archive. Conducting data entry and processing in the Accounting subsystem of the e-Minfin Information System. Participating in audits of the efficiency and intended use of state assets. Participating in the implementation of the Unified Balance Sheet Holder program. Participating in work on property transferred (received) into state ownership on certain grounds. Reviewing and preparing responses to inquiries from government agencies, institutions, and enterprises, as well as legal entities, individuals, and other interested parties. Preparing department documents for transfer to the departmental archive. Other duties assigned by management, within the scope of competence.
