On Approval of the List of Objects in Economic Sectors of Strategic Importance Subject to State Property Monitoring
Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 30, 2004, No. 810.
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 4, 2003, "On State Property Monitoring in Economic Sectors of Strategic Importance," in order to ensure the economic security and sustainable development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan hereby resolves:
1. To approve the attached list of objects in economic sectors of strategic importance subject to state property monitoring.
2. To repeal Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 5, 2002, No. 872 "On Approval of the List of Privatized Organizations in Strategic Sectors of the Republic of Kazakhstan Subject to Management Effectiveness Monitoring" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2002, No. 26,
Article 281).
3. This resolution shall enter into force on the date of signing.
