1) Repealed by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 16, 2017 No. 532;
2) Rules and terms for conducting performance assessments of civil servants;
3) Repealed by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 5, 2018 No. 681;
4) Rules and terms for conducting rotation, categories and positions of civil servants subject to rotation;
5) Rules for imposing disciplinary sanctions on civil servants;
6) Rules for filling vacant or temporarily vacant administrative government positions in Corps "B" by transfer without a competition.

RULES
and deadlines for conducting performance assessments of civil servants
1. These Rules and deadlines for conducting performance assessments of civil servants (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) have been developed in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Civil Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and define the procedure and deadlines for conducting performance assessments of civil servants.

2. Performance assessments of civil servants are conducted to determine the effectiveness and quality of their work.
3. The results of the performance evaluation of civil servants serve as the basis for decisions on bonuses, incentives, training, rotation, demotion, or dismissal.
Chapter 1. Performance Evaluation of Political Civil Servants

4. The performance evaluation of political civil servants is conducted in the manner determined by the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Chapter 2. Performance Evaluation of Corps "A" Administrative Civil Servants

5. The performance evaluation of Corps "A" administrative civil servants (hereinafter referred to as Corps "A" employees) is conducted based on their performance in a specific position at the end of the year (annual evaluation) no later than January 20 of the year following the year being evaluated.
Corps "A" employees shall not be evaluated if their term in a specific position is less than three months.

6. Corps "A" employees on social leave undergo a performance evaluation of Corps "A" employees in the manner prescribed by the Performance Evaluation Methodology for Corps "A" Administrative Civil Servants, approved by the authorized body.

7. The performance evaluation of a Corps "A" employee shall be conducted by an official (body) authorized to appoint and dismiss Corps "A" employees from government positions (hereinafter referred to as the authorized person), based on the Performance Evaluation Methodology for Corps "A" Administrative Civil Servants, approved by the authorized body.
