In accordance with subparagraph 2) of paragraph 2 of Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Civil Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 4 of Article 17, I ORDER:
1. The Model Qualification Requirements for Civil Administrative Positions of Corps "B" shall be approved in accordance with Appendix 1 to this Order.
2. In accordance with Appendix 2 to this Order, some orders of the Chairman of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Chairman of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall be recognized as null and void.
3. The Department of Selection for Civil Service of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall, in accordance with the procedure established by law:
1) ensure the state registration of this order with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) ensure the placement of this order on the Internet resource of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. Control over the implementation of this order shall be entrusted to the Deputy Chairman of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, who is in charge of civil service issues.
5. This order shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication, with the exception of the second paragraph of subparagraph 2) of paragraph 2 of the Model Qualification Requirements for Civil Service Administrative Positions of Corps "B", which shall come into force from January 1, 2025.
