In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan
"On Legal Acts," I ORDER:
The following shall be declared invalid:
1) Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 17, 2014, No. 402 "On Determining the Criteria for Selecting the Types of Alienation of Republican Property" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 9809);
2) Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 15, 2018, No. 361 "On Amending Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 17, 2014, No. 402 "On Determining the Criteria for Selecting the Types of Alienation of Republican Property" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 16670).
The State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, shall ensure:
1) state registration of this order with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) posting of this order on the website of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
3) within ten business days of state registration of this order with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, submission of information on the implementation of the measures stipulated in subparagraphs 1) and 2) of this paragraph to the Department of Legal Services of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
This order shall enter into force ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
