The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES:
To amend Government Resolution No. 896 of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 11, 2023, "On the Acquisition of Rights to a Block of Shares in the Investment Fund of Kazakhstan Joint-Stock Company under a Gift Agreement and Amending Government Resolution No. 659 of May 27, 1999, "On the Transfer of Rights to Own and Use State-Owned Blocks of Shares and State-Owned Shares in Republican-Owned Organizations":
Clause 2 shall be amended to read as follows:
"2. The State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall, in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, ensure the transfer of the state-owned block of shares in IFK JSC as payment for the issued shares of the Problem Loans Fund Joint-Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as FPK JSC)."
Clause 4 shall be amended to read as follows:
"4. The Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with JSC FPK, shall, in accordance with the procedure established by law, take measures arising from this resolution.
This resolution shall enter into force on the date of its signing.
