In accordance with subparagraph 11) of paragraph 2 of the Protocol of the Presentation of Information Systems of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 4, 2024, WE ORDER:
Implement a pilot project for the transfer of state property between state legal entities on the web portal of the state property registry in electronic format.
Approve the attached Rules for the Transfer of State Property between State Legal Entities on the web portal of the state property registry in electronic format.
The Information and Accounting Center Joint-Stock Company (subject to agreement) shall ensure the technical implementation of this joint order in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Ministries of Finance, Justice and Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall communicate this joint order to their structural and territorial divisions and subordinate organizations.
The supervising Vice Ministers of Finance, Justice and Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall be responsible for overseeing the implementation of this joint order. This joint order shall enter into force on the date of its signing by the last head of the state body and shall remain in effect until September 1, 2025.
