In accordance with paragraph 2 of article 100 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Property", the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. To approve the attached Rules for privatization of sales objects.
2. Recognize that some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan have lost their validity according to the application to the current resolution.
3. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the first official publication.
