I ORDER:
The following amendment shall be made to Order No. 721 of the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 29, 2023, "On Approval of the Rules for Recording the Destruction and Destruction of Certain Types of State Property Deteriorated Due to Physical and Moral Deterioration, Natural Disasters, and Accidents" (registered in the State Register of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 33019):
In the Rules for Recording the Destruction and Destruction of Certain Types of State Property Deteriorated Due to Physical and Moral Deterioration, Natural Disasters, and Accidents, approved by this order:
Clause 4 shall be amended to read as follows:
"4. The following shall be included in the Commission established at a state-owned enterprise:
1) the chief engineer or deputy head of the state-owned enterprise (Chairman of the Commission);
2) the chief accountant or his/her deputy;
3) the person responsible for the safety of property.
The Commission established in government agencies must include:
1) the deputy head of the government agency, or, in government agencies where the position of chief of staff has been established, the chief of staff or an official authorized by the chief of staff (Chairman of the Commission);
2) the chief accountant or his/her deputy (if there is no chief accountant position on the staffing table, the person responsible for accounting);
3) the person responsible for the safety of property.
When registering the loss or destruction of certain types of property, in accordance with the decision of the head of a state legal entity or the person acting in their capacity, the Commission must include relevant specialists (experts) and a representative of the traffic police (in the case of decommissioning vehicles).
The State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, shall ensure:
1) state registration of this order with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) posting this order on the website of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) within ten business days of the state registration of this order with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, submitting information on the implementation of the measures stipulated in subparagraphs 1) and 2) of this paragraph to the Department of Legal Services of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
This order shall enter into force ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
