Although a formal request was submitted to the State Revenue Department of the Enbekshi District and a lawsuit was filed regarding this matter, the court returned the claim following a response from the said Department; I request that you investigate the reasons for this and place the matter under your supervision. Furthermore, while the said LLP is registered as a legal entity in the Ordabasy District of the Turkistan Region, the production facility sources its operational requirements from the city of Shymkent; why, then, are taxes paid to the Turkistan Region? |

Rental housing provided to law enforcement officers and civil servants is eligible for privatization, whereas lawyers and attorneys are denied the right to privatize the official apartments they occupy—even though they, too, serve the state and society.
