In accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Countering Corruption" dated November 18, 2015, and Order №2 of the Chairman of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs and Countering Corruption dated October 19, 2016 "On Approval of the Model Rules for Conducting Internal Analysis of Corruption Risks," the West Kazakhstan Department of State Property and Privatization of the Committee of State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan plans to hold a public discussion of the results of the internal analysis of corruption risks in the Department's activities.
