I ORDER:
1. To introduce the following amendments to the Order of the First Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 7, 2020, No. 362 "On Approval of the Rules for Providing Public Services in the Field of State Property Accounting" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 20342):
the title of the order shall be stated in the following wording:
"On Approval of the Rules for Providing Public and Socially Responsible Services in the Field of State Property Accounting";
the preamble shall be stated in the following wording:
"In accordance with subparagraph 1) of Article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan 'On Public and Socially Responsible Services,' I ORDER:";
paragraph 1 of the order shall be stated in the following wording:
"1. To approve:
1) the rules for providing the public and socially responsible service 'Provision of Information from the State Property Register (list of state-controlled joint-stock companies and limited liability partnerships, as well as state legal entities) (information and materials on state property included in the Schedule for Putting State Property Objects Up for Auction)' according to Appendix 1 to this order;
2) the rules for providing the public and socially responsible service 'Provision of Information from the State Property Register to a Lessee of State Property under a Lease Agreement Concluded with Them, with Details on the Agreement Terms, Accruals under Such Agreement, Penalties, and Payments Transferred to the Budget' according to Appendix 2 to this order.";
The Rules for Providing the Public Service 'Provision of Information from the State Property Register (list of state-controlled joint-stock companies and limited liability partnerships, as well as state legal entities; information and materials on state property included in the Schedule for Putting State Property Objects Up for Auction),' approved by the aforementioned order, shall be stated in a new wording according to Appendix 1 to this order;
The titles of Appendices 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 of the Rules of paragraph 1 of the order shall be stated in the following wording:
"to the Rules of the Public and Socially Responsible Service 'Provision of Information from the State Property Register (list of state-controlled joint-stock companies and limited liability partnerships, as well as state legal entities)'";
Appendix 2 to the Rules of paragraph 1 shall be excluded;
Appendix 3 to the Rules of paragraph 1 shall be stated in a new wording according to Appendix 1 to this order;
Appendix 5 to the Rules of paragraph 1 shall be excluded;
The Rules for Providing the Public Service 'Provision of Information from the State Property Register to a Lessee of State Property under a Lease Agreement Concluded with Them, with Details on the Agreement Terms, Accruals under Such Agreement, Penalties, and Payments Transferred to the Budget,' approved by the aforementioned order, shall be stated in a new wording according to Appendix 2 to this order;
The titles of Appendices 1, 2, and 3 to the Rules of paragraph 2 shall be stated in the following wording:
"to the Rules for Providing the Public and Socially Responsible Service 'Provision of Information from the State Property Register to a Lessee of State Property under a Lease Agreement Concluded with Them, with Details on the Agreement Terms, Accruals under Such Agreement, Penalties, and Payments Transferred to the Budget'";
Appendix 2 to the Rules of paragraph 2 shall be stated in a new wording according to Appendix 2 to this order;
Appendix 3 to the Rules of paragraph 2 shall be stated in the following wording:
"Dear Consumer of Public and Socially Responsible Services of the State Property Register Web Portal!".
2. The Committee of State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall, in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, ensure:
1) state registration of this order with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on the official digital resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan after the day of its first official publication;
3) within ten working days after the state registration of this order with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, submission to the Legal Service Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of information on the implementation of the measures provided for in subparagraphs 1) and 2) of this paragraph.
3. This order shall enter into force on July 12, 2026, and is subject to mandatory official publication.
