About birds on freezing reservoirs

Dear friends!

Every year we face such a situation when there are some birds in settlements that, for some reason, remain on freezing bodies of water. Let's try to explain why this happens.

A long flight requires a lot of strength and energy. But it happens that birds breed their offspring late and by the time of migration to the south, they do not gain the necessary mass, and the wings of such chicks do not have time to get stronger, which requires additional time. Therefore, they are looking for food in their natural habitat (reservoirs).

Such cases are often reported to us by concerned citizens and our inspectors immediately go to the place of detection of birds to provide possible assistance.

We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that if such facts are discovered, you can call the press secretary of the Forestry and Wildlife Committee at 8-707-472-52-96.

Through us, the information will reach the territorial inspectors, and appropriate measures will be taken.

Sincerely, the press secretary of the Forestry and Wildlife Committee Sultan Mustafin.
