The 6th meeting is being held in Astana Technical Advisory Committee of the Regional Commission on Fisheries and Aquaculture in Central Asia and the Caucasus (CACFish)
🌎 From May 31 to June 1, 2023, the sixth meeting of the Technical Advisory Committee is held in Astana with the participation of representatives of the relevant state bodies, scientific organizations and associations of Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Turkey and Uzbekistan.
Өкілдері this event is attended by representatives of the committee of Fisheries of the Ministry of Ecology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the committee), akimats of Almaty, East Kazakhstan, Karaganda and Turkestan regions, the research and production center of Fisheries and the Association of Fisheries and aquaculture.
Төрағасы Chairman of the committee N. Zhunusov spoke at the meeting. This event is held in Kazakhstan for the first time and is an important event for Kazakhstan. Such events are a good opportunity to study international experience, establish cooperation with members of the Regional Commission and exchange experience with the participating countries, and also contribute to further cooperation through the FAO.
Following the results of the sixth meeting of the IT Technical Advisory Committee, issues of continuing activities, in particular research projects, programs, conferences and seminars in the field of Fisheries of Central Asia and the Caucasus, will be worked out.
