About accreditation by the Republican association of public associations of fishermen and subjects of fisheries
The Committee on fisheries of the Ministry of Ecology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs that on June 7, 2023, documents will be adopted to carry out accreditation of the Republican Association of fishermen and Public Associations of Fisheries entities.
The accredited Republican Association of Public Associations of fishermen and Fisheries entities has the right to carry out the following types of activities:
1) represent the interests of Public Associations of fishermen and subjects of Fisheries;
2) participate in the preparation of regulatory legal acts and other documents on the protection, reproduction and use of wildlife;
3) allocation of quotas for the withdrawal of fish resources and other aquatic animals;
4) participate in the Competition Commission for approval of Fisheries reservoirs and (or) plots;
5) participate in the distribution of subsidies for the development of Fisheries.
The procedure for accreditation is regulated by the rules for accreditation of the Republican Association of Public Associations of hunters and hunting subjects, as well as Public Associations of fishermen and fishery subjects, their accreditation, approved by the Ministry of Ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 31, 2020 No. 28.
