Fish protection action «Бекіре-2023»
On May 20, 2023, at 18:50, employees of the Ural-Caspian interregional fisheries Basin inspection in the framework of the large-scale fish protection campaign "Sturgeon-2023" during raid events near the village of Zhambyl in the area of the Ural River Reed with a total weight of 101.6 kg. 4 bags of sturgeon were found.
This situation is registered in the SDTBT on the grounds of Part 1 of Article 339 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, law enforcement agencies conduct a pre-trial investigation.
Damage to fish resources according to the preliminary report is 105,156,000 tenge.
