Sturgeon breeding farm" OstFish"

One such farm is the "OstFish" farm, located in the Ulansky district, Saratovka district. The farm is engaged in Sturgeon breeding.
The enterprise was launched on mechanical, biologically filtered pure artesian water in a three-module system with a special closed water supply. The annual design capacity of the enterprise is 45 tons for sturgeon fish and 4 tons for caviar.
Last year, the farm launched a special incubation shop for growing larvae by artificially inseminating fish caviar, and today it has received the first fish fry.
In the future, there will be an increase in the number of entrepreneurs who intend to engage in fisheries throughout the country.
In order to increase the productivity and quality of aquaculture products for Fisheries entities in the East Kazakhstan region for 2023, 188.9 million tenge was allocated from the local budget.
