Amendments have been made to the rules of accreditation of republican associations associations of fishermen and subjects of fisheries

On January 23, 2023, by order of the Ministry of Ecology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, amendments were made to the rules for accreditation of Republican associations of fishermen and Public Associations of Fisheries entities.
In particular, commission consideration of documents submitted by service recipients is excluded from the accreditation rules. Now the review is carried out by the Fisheries Committee.
Also, the list of documents provided by the service recipient:
1) branches and (or) representative offices in the territory of all regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) a website and other information portals intended for posting and receiving information about the activities of the association or individuals and legal entities;
3) in all branches and (or) representative offices on the right of ownership and (or) for holding working meetings and consultations with Fisheries entities and members of the association, documents confirming the availability of office premises registered with the association or carried out on other legal grounds.
In addition, the validity period of the accreditation certificate was reduced from four to two years.
The order will enter into legal force on March 27, 2023, after which an announcement on the terms and conditions of accreditation will be posted on the Internet resource of the Fisheries Committee.
