On the re-holding of the competition for the consolidation of reserve sections of the Buktyrma reservoirs

The Fisheries Committee of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs that on December 9, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. (Astana time), a competition will be held to secure the reserve section of the Buktyrma reservoir.

The competition will be held in accordance with the Rules of the competition for the consolidation of fishery reservoirs and (or) sites (hereinafter - the Rules) approved by the Order of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 19, 2015 No. 18-04/425.

The following sections of the Buktyrma reservoir are exposed for commercial fishing:
1) Plot No. 14; The initial price is 306,300 tenge; The guarantee fee is 45,945 tenge.
2) Plot No. 15; The initial price is 306,300 tenge; The guarantee fee is 45,945 tenge.
3) Plot No. 19; The initial price is 306,300 tenge; The guarantee fee is 45,945 tenge.

The plots put up for competition will be fixed for the purpose of commercial fishing for a period of 5 years. To participate in the contest, you must first register on the web portal (www.gosreestr.kz ) with the indication:
1) for individuals: individual identification number, surname, first name and patronymic (if any);
2) for legal entities: business identification number, full name of the legal entity, surname, first name and patronymic (if any) of the first head;
3) details of the settlement account in the second-tier bank for the refund of the guarantee fee;
4) contact details (legal address, phone, fax, e-mail).

The application is filled in according to Appendix 2 to the Rules.
Also, the participant or on behalf of the participant by any individual or legal entity pays a guarantee fee in the amount and within the time specified in the notice of the competition to the account of a single operator.

Qualification requirements for the participants of the competition for the consolidation of fishery reservoirs and (or) sites for the purpose of commercial fishing:

absence of tax arrears of the taxpayer, arrears on mandatory pension contributions and social contributions;

absence of overdue debts for all types of obligations of the bidder to the bank, branch or branch of the bank.

certificate of ownership of fixed assets, technological equipment and other material and technical means for the extraction and processing of fish resources and other aquatic animals* in accordance with Annex 4 to these Rules (with the exception of amateur (sports) fishing and fishery reservoirs and (or) sites of local significance);
information on the fulfillment of financial and other obligations under the development plans of fisheries entities received from territorial divisions (for individuals or legal entities that previously had fishery reservoirs and (or) plots assigned to them) (electronic copy)

Admission and registration of participants will be carried out from November 25 to December 9, 2022 until 9:00 a.m. (Astana time).
