On the adopted regulatory legal acts in the field of fisheries
The following orders were amended by Order No. 619 of the Minister of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 20, 2022:
1) In the Order of the Acting Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 26, 2015 No. 18-05/138 "On approval of the Rules for the sale of sturgeon fish species removed from their natural habitat and their caviar by a state enterprise that is a subject of a state monopoly", in terms of bringing the subject, when selling products to the buyer, information on confirmation of compliance the products meet the requirements and provide the consumer with a veterinary certificate on demand in accordance with the Rules for Issuing veterinary documents and requirements for their forms.
2) in the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 31, 2015
No. 18-04/287 "On approval of the standard form of the plan for the development of hunting and fishing entities", regarding the obligation of the fishing entity to create jobs for citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan living in local coastal areas, as well as the inclusion of part of the rescued juvenile fish in stocking, but not more than fifty percent of the stocking plan for the corresponding year.
3) in the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 13, 2015
No. 18-2/434 "On approval of the Rules of introduction, reintroduction and hybridization of animals", in terms of the introduction, reintroduction and hybridization of animal species, import into and export from the Republic of Kazakhstan of animals in accordance with the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4) in the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 26, 2015
No. 18-03/578 "On approval of the Model Regulations on the Hunting and Fishing Service of hunting and fishing entities", regarding the exclusion of the register of administrative offenses.
