📝Cysts (eggs) of the gill–legged crustacean - Artemia Artemia sp. (Linnaeus, 1758) are recognized as a unique food for juvenile fish and shrimp. When optimal conditions are created, after 24 hours, crustacean larvae – artemia naupliuses - hatch out of dry cysts.
🟡The live food obtained in sterile conditions is characterized not only by infectious safety, but also has a high nutritional value. In addition, artemia has a number of advantages that favorably distinguish it from other forage organisms: a soft outer skeleton and small size, allowing the use of artemia naupliuses in the early stages of hydrobiont cultivation.
🔴The video offered for viewing is a clear proof that Artemy naupliuses, having the above positive characteristics, also have increased taste qualities. Willingly eating artemia, the aquarium fish of our laboratory have become brighter, more active and have grown noticeably.
