On holding a competition to secure the reserve section of the Buktyrma reservoir
The Fisheries Committee of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs that on May 18, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. (Nur-Sultan time), a competition will be held to secure the reserve section of the Buktyrma reservoir.
The competition will be held in accordance with the Rules of the competition for the consolidation of fishery reservoirs and (or) sites (hereinafter - the Rules) approved by the Order of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 19, 2015 No. 18-04/425.
The reserve plot No. 13.1 of the Buktyrma reservoir is put up for the competition, the guarantee fee of the participant of the competition is 13 783.5 tenge, the initial price of the plots is 91 890 tenge.
The site put up for competition will be fixed for the purpose of maintaining a fish hatchery (CPX) for a period of 20 years.
To participate in the contest, you must first register on the web portal (www.gosreestr.kz ) with the indication:
1) for individuals:
individual identification number, surname, first name and patronymic (if any);
2) for legal entities:
business identification number, full name of the legal entity, surname, first name and patronymic (if any) of the first head;
3) details of the settlement account in the second-tier bank for the refund of the guarantee fee;
4) contact details (legal address, phone, fax, e-mail).
The application is filled in according to Appendix 2 to the Rules.
Also, the participant or on behalf of the participant by any individual or legal entity pays a guarantee fee in the amount and within the time specified in the notice of the competition to the account of a single operator.
Qualification requirements for the participants of the competition for the consolidation of fishery reservoirs and (or) plots for the purpose of maintaining a cage and (or) lake-commercial fish farms:
✓ absence of tax arrears of the taxpayer, arrears on mandatory pension contributions and social contributions;
✓ absence of overdue debts for all types of obligations of the participant of the tender to the bank, branch or branch of the bank.
