A recently caught female beluga was released into the Caspian Sea in Atyrau
A female beluga was released into the Caspian Sea, which was caught on April 19 this year. The release was carried out in the presence of state inspectors of the RSU "Zhaiyk-Caspian Interregional Basin Fisheries Inspection" with the participation of media representatives.
Recall that 35 kg of caviar was obtained from this beluga, which made it possible to fertilize and place 1.2 million eggs in devices for incubation to the larva stage, which will then be grown in pools and then transplanted into outgrowth ponds for cultivation to an average weight of 3 grams and subsequent release into the natural habitat.
