A resident of the Kyzylorda region who illegally transported more than 1 ton of fish was detained

Yesterday, the department of the Aral Fish Inspection of the Aral-Syrdarya Interregional Basin Inspection of Fisheries, together with local executive bodies and local police officers, conducted a raid to curb illegal fishing.

During the raid around 10.30 am. A Gazelle car was stopped on the Karashalan - Bogen highway in the Aral region. During the inspection, it was revealed that a resident of the settlement of Shomishkol was transporting fish with a total weight of about 1261 kg of fish without appropriate documents. The damage caused amounts to 2,317,466 tenge. A pre-trial investigation is being conducted on this fact.
