THE FACT OF ILLEGAL SALE OF FISH IN THE AMOUNT OF ABOUT 2 MILLION TENGE WAS REVEALED IN ZHAMBYL REGION

Employees of the Shu-Talas interregional basin inspection of fisheries stopped the fact of illegal sale of fish. On February 17 of this year, during the operational raid measures in the area of the shopping complex "IRS" of the 2nd microdistrict of Taraz, a citizen was detained who tried to sell 303 kg of carp. During the inspection, he had no documents confirming the legality of the origin of the fish.

The illegally caught fish was seized, in accordance with Article 389 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a corresponding protocol was drawn up, which was sent to the Specialized Administrative Court of the city of Taraz for making a procedural decision. As a result of illegal actions, the state suffered damage in the amount of 1,821,839 tenge. The raid activities continue.
