Nurlybek Gaisin was appointed Head of the Zhaiyk-Caspian Interregional Basin Fisheries Inspection of the Fisheries Committee of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to the results of the competition for the vacant position, by order of the Head of the Staff of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Gaisin Nurlybek Asylbekovich was appointed head of the Zhaiyk-Caspian interregional basin Inspection of Fisheries of the Fisheries Committee of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Previously, he held the position of Deputy Head of the Zhaiyk-Caspian Interregional Basin Fisheries Inspection of the Fisheries Committee of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

 Nurlybek Gaisin was born on August 2, 1971 in Atyrau region. Graduated from the Moscow Institute of World Economy and Finance with a degree in law.

He has been working in the fisheries industry since 1995, he began his career as a state inspector of the Balyksha Fish Protection Inspectorate.
