Including through the Certified Institute of Public Finance and Accounting of the United Kingdom (CIPFA), the Global Association of Professionals in the Field of Finance, Accounting and Auditing (ACCA), as well as in the field of international Financial Reporting Standards (IPSAS).

"The reform of the state audit system continues in Kazakhstan and the issue of development and professional development of auditors is very important for us," Alikhan Smailov stressed. Thus, within the framework of cooperation with the ADB, 20 employees of the VAP were trained in the spring of this year with the assignment of an international qualification in the field of auditing under the IPSAS ACCA program. All employees have successfully passed the exam.
