Mr. Girish Chandra Murmu, Comptroller and Auditor General of India, as well as the Governor of Uttar Pradesh – Smt. Anandiben Patel, delivered a welcoming speech.
The participants of the meeting discussed current problems and development prospects, as well as the possibility of using artificial intelligence in auditing and the problem of cybersecurity.
Natalya Godunova, Chairwoman of the Supreme Audit Chamber of Kazakhstan (SAC), noted in her speech that in the Address to the People of Kazakhstan, Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, among the main development tasks in the conditions of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, clearly outlined the need to introduce information technology solutions aimed at improving labor productivity and the quality of intellectual potential.
"The greatest value of artificial intelligence in auditing is its application in processing huge amounts of information, conducting all transactions through analysis that goes beyond statistical methods. Statistical sampling as such with artificial intelligence is not required. At the same time, data processing costs and time are drastically reduced. This reduces audit and corruption risks," noted the Head of the SAC of Kazakhstan.
