On amendments to the Resolution of the Audit Commission for Kostanay region dated March 15, 2018 No. 1 "On Approval of the Methodology for Evaluating the activities of Administrative Civil Servants of the corps "B" of the State institution "Audit Commission for Kostanay Region"
In accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the state institution "Audit Commission for Kostanay Region" (hereinafter – the Audit Commission) DECIDES:
To make the following change to the Resolution of the Audit Commission for Kostanay region dated March 15, 2018 No. 1 "On Approval of the Methodology for Evaluating the activities of Administrative Civil Servants of the corps "B" of the State institution "Audit Commission for Kostanay Region" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 7664):
The methodology for evaluating the activities of administrative civil servants of the corps "B" of the state institution "Audit Commission for Kostanay Region", approved by the said resolution, should be set out in a new edition according to the annex to this resolution.
The Administrative and Legal Department of the Audit Commission, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, shall provide:
1) within five working days from the date of signing this resolution, sending its copy in electronic form in Kazakh and Russian to the branch of the republican state enterprise on the right of economic management "Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Kostanay region for official publication and inclusion in the Reference Control Bank of regulatory legal acts Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) posting of this resolution on the Internet resource of the Audit Commission after its official publication.
To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the Chief of Staff of the Audit Commission.
This resolution shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
