The conclusion on the report of the Akimat of Kostanay region on the execution of the regional budget was prepared in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Audit and Financial Control".
The evaluation takes into account the results of audit and expert-analytical activities carried out by the state audit and financial control bodies.
Statistical and departmental data, information provided by administrators of budget programs, local executive bodies (hereinafter referred to as MIO) and other participants in the budget process, as well as media materials were used in the preparation of the conclusion.
The conclusions and suggestions in this report are the evaluation opinion of the Audit Commission and may differ from the expert opinions of third-party organizations.
