Kazakhstan has extended the term of existing agreements on renewable energy sources

The Ministry of energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs that, for the power generating organizations using renewable energy sources and with active purchase agreements settlement and financial center, provides an extension of the time of providing a copy of the notice on the beginning of construction works and (or) copies of the certificate of acceptance into operation of the object on usage of renewable energy for a period not exceeding one year.

In order to implement business support measures during an emergency energy-producing organizations using RES have the right to submit a corresponding request to «The settlement and financial center for RE» LLP support with an indication of the extension period.

This Order of the Minister of energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan from March 2, 2015 No. 164 "About approval of Rules of centralized purchase and sale by «The settlement and financial center» of electric energy produced by objects on use of renewable energy sources, allocation and reallocation of settlement and financial center of the relevant share of electric energy at a conditional qualified consumers at the end of the year" is valid until 1 November of the current year.
