September 26, 2019 in the framework of XII Eurasian Forum KAZAKHSTAN ENERGY WEEK - 2019 in Nur-Sultan at a meeting with representatives of the Bank and LLP "HACK' TO T" an Agreement between the Ministry of energy of Kazakhstan, the Bank and LLP "HECK-TO the T" on the cooperation and support of the project "Construction of the SES solar 1 Zhanakorgan 10 MW in Zhanakorgan region of Kyzylorda oblast" was signed by Energy Minister of Kazakhstan K. Bozumbayev. 

The project involves the construction of a solar power station "Zhanakorgan solar 1" (SES) near the Zhanakorgan area of the Kyzylorda region, which will add 10 MW of installed solar power generation capacity to the energy balance of Kazakhstan.

The financing package includes a loan from the EBRD in local currency and US dollars in the amount of up to 1.7 billion tenge ($4.4 million), as well as a loan from GCF in the amount of up to $2 million.
​The SES will be built by HEK-K T LLP. It is expected that the implementation of this project will reduce carbon dioxide emissions by at least 13 tons per year, the station will generate more than 14.8 GWh of electricity per year.​
