Ministry of labor and social protection of population with the active participation of JSC "Center for labor resources development" revised approaches to short-term training courses in the framework of the state program for the development of productive employment and mass entrepreneurship for 2017 – 2021 "Enbek".

This measure will ensure maximum employment of graduates of educational institutions in the current year and improve the effectiveness of the implementation of state measures.

It should be noted that on the basis of analytical data, in the framework of a special project Smart Data Ukimet, taking into account the real needs of the regions, formed a list of the most popular qualifications and skills for short-term training courses. This list includes more than 200 qualifications and skills.

In addition, the Ministry of labor has formed and approved a list of 100 popular service and industrial professions, which included 35 professions requiring higher education, 65 – technical and professional.

At the same time, together with the National chamber of entrepreneurs "Atameken" and with the support of the world Bank, a Register of educational centers and educational institutions of 534 educational organizations was formed.

All of them meet the requirements for the use of elements of dual training with mentoring, the presence of one-year experience of short-term professional training with the issuance of a certificate.

Also, for inclusion in the register of educational centers and educational institutions, it is necessary to have a modern material and technical base, and the level of employment of persons trained should be at least 60%. At the same time, educational programs of short-term professional training should be coordinated with RCE and employers.

It should be noted that this is an example of qualitative synergy between the state and business, when maximum employment is a necessary condition for the development of the economy.

The main advantage of the innovation is the qualitative selection of educational institutions that will conduct professional training of citizens and will be able to provide real demand for students in the labor market.

By the way, since the beginning of the year more than 16 thousand people have been sent for training. Thus, in the current year, short-term courses within the framework of the employment program are planned to cover 46 thousand citizens of Kazakhstan.
