Berdibek Saparbayev instructed to strengthen the work to ensure employment of the population

The Minister of labor and social protection of population of RK Berdibek Saparbayev held a sectoral meeting on problematic issues of promoting employment and the appointment of address social assistance.

The Executive Secretary Aida Kurmangaliyeva, Vice Ministers Yerzhan Zhilkibayev, Svetlana Zhakupova, Akmadi Sarbasov, Nariman Mukushev, the Chairman of the Committee of labor, social protection and migration Yerlan Raiganiev, heads of territorial departments of CLSPM, the President of "Center of development of labor resources" JSC Yerbol Ospanov, heads of managements of coordination of employment and social programs in several areas took part in the meeting.

During the meeting, the issues of ensuring job placement and productive employment of citizens, strengthening measures to stimulate entrepreneurship, the allocation of free grants, the creation of high-quality, permanent jobs and the rapid solution of housing issues in terms of the resettlement of citizens in the labor-deficit regions were discussed.

In particular, B. Saparbayev recommended to intensify the work of employment centers on the transition to a proactive format of work with the population.

"Introduce an individual approach to work with citizens, ensure the advanced nature of the provision of services, conduct explanatory work on places. All these measures need to be applied promptly and to intensify work on the effective implementation of the mechanisms of the "Enbek" Program - the Minister of labor emphasized the attention of the audience.

The participants of the meeting also discussed a number of problematic issues in the appointment of address social assistance. In this direction, the Head of the Department instructed to strengthen the work on cooperation with population employment centers, "Government for citizens" JSC regarding integration and updating of information systems of state bodies.

As part of the organization of explanatory work with the population B. Saparbayev noted the need to resume the practice of "Open days", "Job fairs", as well as active information work in the mass media and social networks.
