In accordance with the instructions of the First President of the country – Elbasy, given at the XVIII Congress of the Party "Nur Otan", amendments and additions to the state program for the development of productive employment and mass entrepreneurship for 2017-2021 "Enbek" are made.

A number of new measures of state support are envisaged for the purpose of employment, improving the quality of education and entrepreneurship development of low-income large families, low-income able-bodied invalids and young people.

Thus, in terms of the Year of youth, the state program is supplemented by a new direction "Implementation of complex measures of the national project "Zhastar – el tiregi". The national project will be realized in two directions "Zhas maman" and "Zhas kasipker".

In particular, they will train specialists in the 100 most popular industrial and service professions on the basis of 200 modernized educational institutions. For three years, it is planned to train more than 200 thousand young citizens.

Until 2021, inclusive the youth practice will further cover up to 30 thousand people, at least 60 thousand young people will be taught the basics of entrepreneurship "Bastau Business".

Also within three years will be given 30 thousand gratuitous grants to young people, low-income large families, low-income able-bodied disabled people for the implementation of new business ideas in the amount of up to 505 thousand tenge. Another 600 grants for 1.8 billion tenge will be given to young entrepreneurs in terms of the State program "Business road map 2020".

In addition, annually 5 thousand micro-loans in the amount of up to 6.5 million tenge will be given to young people, mothers with many children, persons with disabilities to start their own business, and up to 20 million tenge for the development of anchor cooperation.
