Acceptance of applications for the competition of labor dynasties and production workers "Enbek Zholy” is started
Ministry of labor and social protection of population of Kazakhstan informs about the start of applications for participation in the competition of social responsibility of business "Paryz" and the republican competition among labor dynasties and production workers "Enbek Zholy", dedicated to the Labor day.
In order to implement the idea of Elbasy to build a Society of Universal Labor every year on the last Sunday of September in Kazakhstan celebrated the holiday "Labor day".
As part of the celebration of Labor day, the Ministry annually holds the Republican contest "Enbek Zholy" among labor dynasties and production workers. The aim of the competition is to educate pride among citizens of Kazakhstan in the achievements of compatriots who have made a significant contribution to the development of the country's economy.
The competition includes three nominations: "Best labor dynasty", "Best young production worker", "Best mentor of working youth".
Acceptance of applications from applicants begins on June 1, 2019 by local executive bodies.
It should be noted that the selection of the winners of the competition "Enbek Zholy", both at the regional and national level will be held in two stages:
1-stage: online voting, which will determine the three leaders in each category with the maximum number of votes (9 applicants in total);
2-stage: the commission determines the winners of the Competition "Enbek Zholy", from among the three leaders, determined by the results of online voting.
Awarding of the winners will be held at the regional labor forums dedicated to the Labor day and at the republican forum "To the Society of Universal Labor" in the autumn of this year.
This year, among the innovations in the competition is an increase in prizes in each category. If in past years has rewarded only for the nomination, with the current year winners are assigned to the 1,2,3 places. Also, as a material incentive, the winners will be provided with cash certificates in the amount of:
- 1st place – 1 000 000 (million) KZT;
- 2nd place – 500 000 (five hundred thousand) KZT;
- 3rd place – 200 000 (two hundred thousand) KZT.
Also, applications for the competition of social responsibility of business "Paryz", which is held annually on the initiative of Elbasy, are accepted. The event is aimed at the formation and improvement of corporate social responsibility to society by private entrepreneurs for further improvement of the quality and standard of living of the population.
More than five thousand enterprises from all regions of the country took part in the competition "Paryz" from 2008 to 2018. Laureates and participants created more than 163 thousand new jobs. More than 164 billion KZT was allocated for social projects, sponsorship and charity. The cost of maintenance of social infrastructure amounted to 39.5 billion KZT. For the construction, reconstruction, modernization and maintenance of gas treatment plants and water treatment plants enterprises allocated more than 73 billion KZT. The cost of landscaping and landscaping amounted to 37.2 billion KZT.
A number of projects are being implemented in rural areas, ranging from construction and support of rural infrastructure to social and cultural facilities.
Winners of the competition are awarded the title of laureates in three categories: the subject of small, medium and large businesses in the categories: "Best socially responsible enterprise", "Best enterprise in the field of labor protection", "Best collective agreement" and "For contribution to the environment".
Ministry calls on all entrepreneurs of the country, state bodies and organizations to hold events dedicated to the celebration of Labor day and actively participate in the competitions "Paryz" and "Enbek Zholy".
