Zhilkibayev Yerzhan Zhumatuly was appointed to the post of first Vice-Minister of labor and social protection of population of RK by Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Y. Zhilkibaev was born in 1982 in the city of Lenger of Tolebi district of the South Kazakhstan region. Graduated from South Kazakhstan University, Academy of state service under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, East Kazakhstan state university named after S. Amanzholov.

He began his career as a chief specialist of the Department of economy of South Kazakhstan region. In different years, he worked in the Office of the Prime Minister of RK, the Ministry of economy and budget planning, the office of East Kazakhstan region, the Presidential Administration of RK. From May 2016 to March 2019, he held the position of akim of Medeu district of Almaty. From March 26 this year to the present — Vice-Minister of labor and social protection of the population of RK.
