Government working group inspected the work of social institutions in Almaty

On Thursday, April 25, Deputy Prime Minister of RK G. Abdykalikova headed the Government delegation to explain the main directions of the new social measures of Elbasy "Aleumettik kamkorlyk" arrived in Almaty.

In composition of the working group, the Ministers of labor and social protection of population Berdibek Saparbayev, education and science K. Shamshidinova, health care E. Birtanov.

The first item was a visit to the consultative and diagnostic pediatric center at the children's city clinical hospital №2, where the Deputy Prime Minister was presented the work of the emergency room and surgical complex. They were built by the charity fund "Sabi", which within the framework of social responsibility of business is headed by Assel Tasmagambetova. The total cost of the project is 2.5 billion KZT.

In the Kazakh research institute of oncology and radiology G. Abdykalikova acquainted with the center of molecular genetic research. The medical institution is equipped with modern equipment: computer and magnetic resonance tomography, radiographic x-ray and ultrasound systems of expert class, ECG devices. All processes are carried out in digital format.

Then the Deputy Prime Minister visited the Rehabilitation center for children and adolescents with disabilities "MEIIRIM". It has all the necessary conditions for the comprehensive development, socialization and education of children and adolescents with disabilities from 3 to 15 years. Since its opening (November 2018), about 200 children have been rehabilitated and socialized.

The next event was a visit to the Center for active longevity, which is open since June 2018. It has a medical office, a yoga room, offices of computer literacy, Kazakh and English languages, as well as an office of occupational therapy. During this time, about 900 pensioners visited swimming pools and fitness for free, more than 300 elderly people made free excursions to the falcon farm "Sunkar", high mountain sports complex "Medeu", the Central state Museum, etc.

Also, the Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of labor and social protection of population inspected the activities of Employment center. Since the beginning of the year, 3.4 thousand people have been employed, 254 of them are from low-income, large families. Social jobs have been provided to 717 people. Public works employed 2.5 thousand people.

There G. Abdykalikova held a reception of citizens. In particular, many children's mother Zhanna Toktasynova raising 4 children, asked with request to employ the spouse. In order to receive the ASA, it is necessary that the husband is busy. The issue is resolved — the Deputy Prime Minister gave a specific order to the city leadership.

At the end of the first working day, the Deputy Prime Minister met with the youth of the city at the site of the co-working center "SmArt Point". The Ministers of labor and social protection of population, information and social development, education and science, health care, akim of Almaty, chairmen of committee for affairs of construction and housing and communal services, sports and physical culture made speeches at the meeting.

Opening the event, Gulshara Abdykalikova stressed that Kazakhstan continues its progressive development, based on the principles of continuity, justice and progress. And in these processes, young people must play a decisive role.

Today, more than 684 thousand young people live in the city, including more than 218 thousand university students. The "Road map of youth development and support for 2017-2020" is being implemented. More than 20 thousand people are employed. According to the preferential housing program "Almaty zhastary", 238 housing loans for young families were issued. The number of educational grants has increased by 1.5 times, amounting to 28 thousand.

General Director of "Inno Track" LLP Darkhan Kazybaev spoke at the meeting, the company which produces concrete sleepers on the German technology "Vollert". The annual capacity of the plant is 500 thousand sleepers, 100 people work there. He thanked the state for the modern industrial policy, which opens the "door of opportunity" for inquisitive young people.

Also with genuine interest was met by the speech of head of the organization of young artists "Youth Art" Christina Bekmurzayeva. Members of the organization are actively involved in the implementation of the concept of "City for people". They installed 10 high-level small architectural forms.

Following the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister G. Abdykalikova gave a number of specific instructions to the heads of state bodies.
