Payment of UAP is now available via SMS

Payment of a Unified aggregate payment has become more affordable and easier. Users of mobile operators of KCell and Beeline will be able to pay UAP via SMS.

For payment it is necessary to send SMS to the number 5505 with the text "gorodesp IIN" (for residents of cities of national significance, capital and regional significance) and "seloesp IIN" (for residents of other settlements). For example: gorodesp 1234567890

Payment period will be the current month. Commission is 100 KZT.

The amount of payment for residents of Astana, Almaty, Shymkent, as well as regional centers is 1 MCI, in 2019 it is 2 525 KZT. For residents of all other settlements, the amount of UAP is 0.5 MCI, or 1 262.5 KZT.  

Unified aggregate payment is intended for individuals who carry out activities in order to generate income, subject to the following conditions:

1) do not use the labor of employees;

2) provides services for individuals.

 

At the same time, the maximum income for the calendar year should not exceed 1,175 MCI per year (in 2019 - 2 million 966 thousand 875 KZT).

UAP will not apply to citizens who:

1) provide services on the territory of shopping and entertainment centers;

2) engage in private practice;

3) provide space to rent, with the exception of the home;

4) are foreigners and persons without citizenship, except for repatriates;

5) have the registration of an individual entrepreneur (IE).

Payment of a Unified aggregate payment is also available in cash or by bank transfer through banks and organizations engaged in certain types of banking operations to the bank account of the State corporation "Government for citizens".
