B. Saparbayev took under control the issue of disabled woman from Aktobe

During the working trip to Almaty, Minister of labor and social protection of population of RK Berdibek Saparbayev got acquainted with the work of "Republican prosthetic and orthopedic center" JSC.

In the centre, the Minister spoke with resident of Aktobe Karlygash Aizhekunova. In 2017, a woman while on a business trip got into a car accident, resulting in the loss of both legs. The disabled person of the 1st group complained that it is necessary to do prosthetics at own expense, as the employer has not yet reimbursed her the cost of this service.

B. Saparbayev listened attentively to resident of Aktobe and promised to deal with the issue, to provide her with all the necessary assistance within the framework of the legislation.

There, the head of the Ministry of labor was presented the projects of charity fund "Ayala".

"Republican prosthetic and orthopedic center" JSC makes and provides disabled people of the republic with prostheses of the upper and lower extremities, breast glands, appliances to them, devices, orthopedic footwear, bandages, corsets, canes, crutches, walkers, and also makes repair of prostheses both tire-leather, and on new technologies. The center has branches in Petropavlovsk and Semey with medical hospitals. The center is a specialized multi-profile enterprise with a qualified team of engineers, physicians, workers and specialists with sufficient experience in the prosthetic and orthopedic industry of the republic.

Over the past year, the center has served more than 15 thousand people, produced more than 29 thousand units of products.
