Ministry of labor and social protection of population of Kazakhstan initiated inspection of "NAC "Kazatomprom" JSC

In social networks, a video message of several men who introduced themselves as employees of "NAC "Kazatomprom" JSC was distributed, who complained about the reduction of wages and the reduction of the category of employees.

In accordance with subparagraph 6) of paragraph 3 of article 144 of the Entrepreneurial code of the RK, the basis of unscheduled inspections are appeals of state bodies on specific facts of harm to life, human health, the environment and the legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities, the state, as well as on specific facts of violations of the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the elimination of which entails harm to human life and health.

In this regard, the Committee of labor, social protection and migration of the MLSPP RK sent a letter to the Office of control and quality of the urban environment of the city Nur-Sultan to conduct an unscheduled inspection in "NAC "Kazatomprom" JSC.

Results of the inspection will be announced later.
