Berdibek Saparbayev checked how to accept documents for address social assistance

On Monday, April 1, Minister of labor and social protection of population of RK Berdibek Saparbayev got acquainted with the process of receiving applications for address social assistance (ASA). The head of the department visited the employment center, population service center and akimat of Almaty district in Nur-Sultan.

During the conversation0 by the visitors of the employment center, Berdibek Saparbayev stressed that address social assistance is assigned from the month of treatment and does not depend on the day of application.

"It doesn't matter what day you applied, you will receive allowance for the entire month. It is not necessary to hurry and create a stir, it is better to come quietly tomorrow or the day after tomorrow, within a month, when there will be no queues," the Minister said.

At the same time, he drew the attention of the employees of the employment center that since April 1, the procedure for receiving documents has been significantly simplified and it is enough to provide an identity card and an appropriate application for obtaining the ASA.

We remind, according to the order of the Elbasy, in Kazakhstan from April 1 this year, the criterion for the provision of ASA increased from 50% to 70% of the subsistence minimum, amounting to 20 789 KZT. As a result, the number of beneficiaries will increase from 571.6 thousand people to more than 830 thousand people. At the same time, if the average size of the ASA for each family member was previously 4 834 KZT, then from the next month 20 789 KZT will be paid for each child.

In order to organize and monitor the work of employment centers, the Ministry of labor employees went to the regions where they advise citizens on issues of interest. In general, the reception of documents in the republic is held in the normal mode.

In addition, advice on the issues of appointment of address social assistance can be obtained by calling the unified contact center "111".
