Deputy Prime Minister Gulshara Abdykalikova met with large families of Atyrau region

Today, on March 13, the government commission, which arrived in Atyrau region on a working visit, continued its work. Within the framework of the republican program "Social care" members of the delegation headed by Deputy Prime Minister Gulshara Abdykalikova met with large families in the region.

In total, the government commission visited seven large families with four to eight children.

For example, mother with many children Zulfiya Khayrova brings up six children. The family lives in a small private house, which rents for 45 thousand KZT. The woman is the owner of the silver pendant "Kumis Alka", is on maternity leave, engaged in the education of children. Zulfiya's husband works as a driver and receives 150 thousand KZT. The total income of the family, together with allowances from the state, is not enough to save the spouses for housing.

According to Deputy Prime Minister Gulshara Abdykalikova, a mother with many children needs to clarify the rules for obtaining address social and housing assistance. In addition, the participation of women in the regional educational project "Isker Ana" will be a great help for the family.

– In these courses you can get both the first profession and retrain in any profession you like. In addition, in the near future we will begin to issue one-time free cash certificates for the opening of the business. Since May, large families will be given rental housing, as well as mortgage credits on favorable terms, we are confident that your living conditions will improve, and the problems will be solved, – Gulshara Abdykalikova assured the mother of many children.

The main part of large families visited by the government commission was concerned about the housing issue, the lack of work of one of the spouses, poor awareness of the measures of state support. Before visitors from the countryside is an acute issue of registration in the city.

Minister of labor and social protection of population of RK Berdibek Saparbayev talked to each of the women, explaining all the benefits and social payments that are due to mothers with many children and low-income families.

– We arrived in Atyrau region on behalf of the Head of state in order to explain the new social reforms. Thanks to the program "Social care" no family will be left without attention of the state, for these purposes from the national budget allocated a lot of money. Our task is that every citizen of Kazakhstan received maximum assistance from the state, – Berdybek Saparbayev addressed to mothers with many children.

At the end of the working visit the Deputy Prime Minister of RK Gulshara Abdykalikova and Minister of labour and social protection of RK Berdybek Saparbayev held a reception of citizens, during which mothers also received clarification on the situation of social payments and measures of the state support of the vulnerable layers of the population.
