State allowance for non-working mothers

If the child's mother does not work, then after the birth of the child she is appointed:

- a one - time state allowance for the birth of a child, the amount of which is: for the birth of the first, second, third child-95,950 KZT, for the fourth or more child -159,075 KZT.

In 2018, 395 thousand people received this allowance. Over the past 3 years, the amount of this allowance has increased by 38%. In 2019, 42 billion KZT is provided for the payment of this allowance;

- allowance for child care up to 1 year, which is paid every month. The amount of the allowance is from 14 544 KZT to 22 473 KZT per month depending on the priority of the child. 

At the end of 2018, more than 125 thousand people received this allowance in the amount of 30 billion KZT. Over the past 3 years, the amount of this allowance has increased by 19%.

In 2019, 34 billion KZT is provided for the payment of this allowance.

For the purpose of payments can be accessed in the PSC, as well as through the electronic Government portal.

In addition, in 2018, the Ministry of labor and social protection of the population of RK launched a proactive service for the birth of a child. Now citizens do not need to spend time on the road, stand in line, collect documents, as these allowances can be issued within 5 minutes by sms messages. SMS messages are received on the mother's mobile phone.
