Elmira Bauyrzhankyzy always been a sought-after expert. With three educational backgrounds (the tailor-universal, the fashion designer and the marketer) in the Almaty city work has always been. But for family reasons, she had to move to Aktobe region, where Elmira became officially unemployed. And then the second direction of the "Program for the development of productive employment and mass entrepreneurship for 2017-2021" came to the aid. By obtaining a preferential loan Elmira Bauyrzhankyzy was able to open her own sewing workshop.
"I'm 31 years old. I have more than 10 years of experience in the sewing business, as long as I was studying, I already worked in the studio, started with the fitting of clothes. Then she worked as a seamstress, designer, then taught, including in the framework of short-term courses under the program 2020, was a master of industrial training", - she says.
Elmira decided to take a loan for the minimum amount, 500 thousand KZT, for 5 years at 6.1 percent per annum. She received it in "Fund for financial support of agriculture" JSC in Aktobe.
She added her savings and bought 3 machines: one sews only a straight line, the second only sweeps, the third is crochet machine, which allows you to carry out orders for sewing and design of napkins, towels with individual name, exclusive things.
Elmira Bauyrzhankyzy convinced that this is only the beginning. She works in the studio alone for a while. But in the future she wants to expand the sewing workshop and hire additional workers. She undertakes tailoring and restoration of any things and covers for cars, curtains, and even a dowry. When receiving large orders, she cooperates with other studios, orders come from both public and private organizations.
It took a month to get the loan.
"I was satisfied with the loan, because there are no rewards that are in other banks. I immediately handed over the documents. 6% said and indeed 6%. Nothing extra is taken. All conditions are fine for ordinary people. I was unemployed. In Almaty, I went on maternity leave, in Aktobe region my maternity leave ended, then I could not find a job."
