How to calculate your basic pension
Since July 1, 2018, a new method of assigning a basic pension has been introduced, according to which its amount is set differentially depending on the length of participation in the pension system (see table).
The size of the basic pension is set according to the subsistence minimum, which is increased annually at the level of inflation.

What is included in the length of participation in the pension system?
The length of participation in the pension system includes:
- length of service in the solidarity system as at 1 January 1998;
- cumulative experience (actual period of payment of pension contributions);
- other socially important periods (care for a child up to 3 years, disabled from childhood to 16 years, residence time of spouses of military personnel, employees of special agencies, diplomatic workers, etc.).
