How is the SAP made?

SAP can be transferred through IIN through regulated banks (Halyk Bank, Forte Bank, Tsesna Bank, Kaspi Bank, Shinhan Bank, Bank CenterCredit) and branches of JSC "Kazpost" to the Bank account of The state Corporation "Government for citizens".

The State Corporation, for its part, distributes and transfers social payments to the funds (SSIF, UAPF, SHIF) and the tax to the appropriate budget at the payer's place of residence.

For today, about 3,000 payments have been received.

As for online payment of SAP, this mechanism is carried out through the website and terminals of JSC “Kazpost” (https://post.kz/finance/payment/foms/cumulative/pay) and also has a mobile application Kaspi Bank (kaspi.kz).

At the same time, online payment via "e-Gov" will be launched till the end of February.

As for the payment via mobile applications of other second-tier banks, this issue is being worked out by the banks themselves.
