The new mechanism of a single aggregate payment will replace 4 types of payments of all working citizens in 1 one-time payment

Today in Almaty, an expert round table was held on the theme: "What to expect from a single aggregate payment?". Note that the STP is expected to enter from January 1, 2019, until December 31, 2023.

"The STP is an opportunity to pay four types of various payments at once. All procedures are simplified as compared to the current registration regimes as an individual entrepreneur under the simplified declaration and patents. Registration with tax authorities, removal from accounting, reporting, registration of tax authorities is not required. Payment is made by one payment, "said Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Madina Abylkasymova.

To simplify registration of informal workers and legalization of their activities, it is proposed to introduce a special tax regime - the Single Total Payment, which combines four payments into one.

• amounts of individual income tax (10%),

• mandatory pension contribution (40%),

• social deductions to the state social insurance fund (10%),

• social contribution to the social health insurance fund (40%).

 

"In order to reduce the burden for residents living in rural areas, it is proposed that this payment be half of the monthly calculated index for the villagers," the minister specified.

The essence of the new regime is a small amount of tax, a single payment, including tax and social payments, the absence of tax reporting, tax inspections and administrative penalties. Payment of the STP will mean the automatic registration of activities and participation in the system of medical and social insurance, pensions.
